What UK law adds to our Privacy notice, and how to complain.

What this page covers

This page adds UK-specific information to our Privacy notice. Testa Gas Services Ltd. is a UK company and we handle your personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (the cookie rules). The Privacy notice and the Cookie policy explain what we collect and why. Nothing on this page replaces them.

If you have a complaint

Please tell us first at office@testagas.co.uk so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection authority:

online at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint;
by phone on 0303 123 1113;
by post to Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF.

You can complain to the ICO at any time; the ICO may ask whether you have raised the matter with us first.

Children

This website is for adults and businesses. It is not aimed at children. In the UK, a child under 13 cannot agree to online services such as analytics or advertising cookies for themselves. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or carer to contact us for you. If you think a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.

Transfers outside the UK

UK law allows us to send personal data to another country where the UK government has approved that country’s protections, or where we have an approved contract with the company receiving the data. The Privacy notice names the companies that handle your data and explains the safeguards we use. You can ask us for more detail using the contact address above.

Cookies and electronic messages

We follow the UK cookie rules. We ask for your choice before we switch on analytics or advertising (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and TikTok), and you can change it at any time. This website does not sign you up to marketing emails or texts, and we use your contact details from our forms to reply to you.
