What the service covers
What we look after
We maintain the equipment in the plant room as a whole, so boilers, burners, pumps, valves and controls are checked together and nothing is left to chance. That includes the pressurisation unit and the expansion vessels that keep a sealed heating system at the right pressure: when either fails, the system can lose pressure and the boilers stop. We service all common commercial boiler makes.
Boiler plant and the standards
Gas-fired hot water boilers with rated inputs from 70 kW to 1.8 MW (net) are installed to BS 6644, and so are groups of smaller boilers whose combined input is over 70 kW. Our engineers work to it, and to the manufacturer’s instructions, when they service, adjust or replace parts of the plant.
Planned preventative maintenance
Regular visits help to catch wear before it causes a failure. We agree the visits with you and keep a record of each one. Each service is recorded on CP15, the CORGIdirect commissioning and servicing record for non-domestic appliances, with the combustion readings taken on the day, so you can see how the plant is performing from one visit to the next.

If the plant stops between visits, call the number on this page. The engineer finds the fault and puts it right, or explains what is needed and quotes for it.
