What the service covers
Design
We look at the building, the existing pipework and what the heating has to do, then set out a system and the work it involves, in plain terms, before anything is fitted. For a replacement, the new boilers are sized to the building as it is used today, not simply matched to the old ones.
Installation
Our engineers fit the system and show you how it works. Work can be planned around the way the business operates. Gas-fired hot water boilers from 70 kW to 1.8 MW (net), and groups of smaller boilers whose combined input is over 70 kW, are installed to BS 6644. New gas pipework is strength and tightness tested before gas is let into it (see testing & purging).
Commissioning
Commissioning sets the boilers and burners up to suit the system, checks the combustion and the safety controls, and tests that the system works as designed. The results are recorded on CP15, the CORGIdirect commissioning and servicing record for non-domestic appliances, and you get the record at handover.
Aftercare
Once the system is running, a commercial boiler service at least once a year keeps it efficient. The servicing can continue on a planned maintenance contract, so the team that installed the system looks after it.
Who it is for
Businesses, schools, landlords and managing agents who are fitting out new premises, replacing an ageing system or changing how a building is used.

- A system designed around your premises and how you use them
- Installation by Gas Safe registered engineers
- Commissioning, with a CP15 record of the readings
- A walk-through of the finished system
- One team for design, installation and aftercare
